Hole Description Front Nine

This long Par 5 is a great warm up hole. The generous fairway encourages a long drive to this gentle dog-leg right fairway. It will take two more good shots to reach this very challenging green, which is guarded by a bunker in the left-front and woods on the right.

This short Par 4 dog-leg right is a great "risk-reward" hole. The adventuresome may try to cut the dogleg and boom one over the trees, but the more prudent will choose a 200 yard layup to the left-hand side of the fairway and a short iron to this devilishly small and sloping green, bunkered on the front-left. Whatever your strategy, you won't want to hit one over this green either.

A beautiful short Par 3. The large green, framed by two massive Oak trees, is full of subtle breaks sure to test your putting skill.

This innocent looking Par 4 dog-leg right is all about the elevated green and its sloping false-front. The smart player will shoot for the fat part of the green and gladly take two putts for par.

One of my favorites...A huge Oak tree guards the left-hand approach to the elevated green of this Par 4. From the tee, there is nothing but trouble to the left, while the smart play is to hit your drive long and favor the center or right side of this fairway. This will leave you with a short iron in and a couple of tricky putts for par.

This long downhill Par 3 sure looks like a "cup cake" from the tee. Trees line the fairway on the right and the water on the left only comes into play for the most errant of tee shots. Club selection is the key to scoring here.

Great Par 4! Your tee shot is over water to an uphill right-to-left sloping fairway with woods on all sides. Tee shot placement to the right-hand side of the fairway is crucial, leaving you with an iron to the green. If you miss this green the bail-out is short or right, as there is plenty of trouble left and long on this one.

Toughest Par 4 on the course...and if you're playing the tips you better have your "A" game for this one! The tee shot is over water to an uphill fairway. A big oak tree guards the fairway on the right and woods line both sides of the hole from tee to green. Your approach shot demands accuracy as trouble awaits long, left, and right. Bail-out is short front, if a chip and one putt are in your game.

This long Par 5 is your last chance for a Birdie on this side. The wide fairway encourages a "grip-it and rip-it" tee shot. Large pines line the left side and come into play if you stray to that side. The large green, bunkered on the right awaits...but beware of the "false-front" that extends the entire front of the green, ready to reject any shot not hit deep enough.
